Following booking of your rental you will under usual circumstances receive an email confirming the full rental details. In that email we will request a -

* Copy of all drivers driving licences (both parts if UK). 

* Copy of your utility bill or passport.

* Completed Drivers Form (which can be downloaded throughout this site) for each driver.

* Copy of your credit card. This must also be shown at the time of collection.

These documents will ideally be forwarded in advance of your rental by fax or email. Please also have copies with you at the time of vehicle handover.  

These terms may be different if the car is being supplied by a partner company.
