3. Can I see your Terms and Conditions?

Simply our terms are -

* Payment is made at the time of booking usually over the phone or by fax.
* The security deposit / insurance excess is processed on the day or day before the start of the rental.
* The security deposit / insurance excess is refunded in full once the vehicle has been returned and checked over.

Our insurance terms are -

* Hirers must have held a full licence for at least 1 year.
* Hirers must be aged 21 to 70 (there is a small extra charge for drivers aged 24 and below).
* Hirers must not be professional entertainers or sports people.
* Hirers must have no more than 6 endorsement points.

Hirers not complying with these conditions may have the option of providing their own cover.
